The Ajiaco booklet has a clean, minimal aesthetic where images speak for themselves. I chose this topic because Ajiaco is one of my favorite dishes and a special part of my childhood. As a traditional Colombian dish from Bogotá, it reminds me of my family and the warmth of home.
